introducing an optimized implementation for the interpolation of range cell migration correction in range doppler algorithm

چکیده
one of the most important parts of range doppler algorithm is range cell migration correction. in this part, an interpolation approach is used to estimate data in their correct location. the interpolation method has a great influence on the quality of ultimate image. in this paper the interpolation method and different ways for increasing its accuracy was discussed. the performance of different filters in the interpolation method was studied and then among all of them the spline filter method was chosen as the best filter for the interpolation. since the implementation of spline filter needs more hardware volume and processing time in comparison with linear filter, a very simple pipe line implementation was introduced for this filter which not only reduce hardware volume but also increase processing speed in the comparison with recursive ones.
